Do not buy. Aug 01, 2010 The clasps on the vest will not stay tight. As soon as you start to move around the vest comes loose and begins to bounce around. Very uncomfortable having 20 pounds bounce around your body when you are trying to workout. Huge disappointment for the price.

This is a Walking not Running Vest Jun 09, 2009 I've had the vest for 2 months. It worked very well until I tried to run with it. The upper weights on the chest have torn from the seems. For $60, I expected the vest to last a lot longer. My mistake.

weight vest Jan 18, 2009 This is a great investment that I will use for a very long time, probably for many years, until it falls apart. It's a great addition to walking on a treadmill or in the streets. Just a nice way to burn additional calories and tone the body in a gradual fashion.

Not for running but great for walking Dec 28, 2008 Being a female I wasn't sure how this vest would fit and as expected it doesn't 'hug' tight enough for running. BUT for walking and overall just adding the weight it works great!

Review of weighted vest Oct 21, 2008 I bought the Valeo 20 lb weighted vest for my best friend because she had admired mine and wanted to start walking with weights. It arrived promptly before her birthday and she was delighted. We wore our vests and walked a mile and a half the day she got it. She is very pleased and I am very pleased with the fast shipping and delivery.
